What happens next
- 1. Booking receipt: Keep the receipt sent to your email. It serves as official proof and can be presented on your phone at boarding.
- 2. Meeting point & schedule: Meet at 06:00 AM at Rua Tagipuru, nº 552 – Barra Funda – SP (behind Memorial da América Latina).
The shuttle departs promptly at 06:30 AM, with a 10-minute maximum grace period (final departure at 06:40 AM). - 3. Plan ahead: Arrive at the meeting point at 06:00 AM for list verification and luggage loading.
- 4. Open seating & community: Seats are unassigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the trip to meet fellow attendees and kick off the fun! (Valid for both legs).

Cancellation & seat transfer
Full refund within 7 days of Pix payment (CDC). After that, you can transfer your seat for free to a friend up to 5 days before the trip.

Round-trip transportation between Barra Funda and Santos Harbor is R$ 120,00, luggage included. Meeting point at Rua Tagipuru, 552 starting at 06:00 AM, departure at 06:30 AM sharp with a 10-minute grace window.
